Lisa Minnear was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, she will help you create a completely personalized wellness plan that suits your unique body, lifestyle, and goals.

 

ABOUT

Lisa is an IIN Certified Health Coach, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT),  and recipient of Wellcoaches core health and wellness coach training. She has coached over 150 clients on topics including nutrition, weight loss, stress management, cholesterol, blood pressure, and controlling blood sugar. Lisa is passionate about nutrition and promotes disease prevention through following an anti-inflammatory lifestyle, which includes eating REAL food, reducing exposure to toxins, exercise, and stress reduction.

 

 

Lisa is also a Certified Gluten Practioner, she received training from Dr. Tom O'Bryan, an internationally recognized speaker and workshop leader specializing in Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity and Celiac's Disease.
